I purchased as a guest but I do not have an Etsy account.
If you checked out as a guest, you will be able to find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If unable to find the download notification email, first check your spam or junk inbox. If you still can’t find the receipt email, message us with your email & we can email the files to you.
I have an Etsy account. How do I access my digital purchase?
Go to this LINK to access purchases: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
Then Go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
How Do I Open Compressed ZIP Files?
After downloading your zipped folder...
To open ZIP files on your laptop or computer
1. Right-click the file and click on "Extract All'' and your JPG files will pop up in your extracted folder
2. Or, depending on your software, you might have to double click the ZIP file to open it.
If you can’t open the compressed ZIP files, message us with your email & we can email the files to you.
What sizes are available?
Please read each listing description to view the sizes that you will receive.
Important - if you require custom sizes, please message BEFORE purchasing and we'll let you know if it can be done.
How do I print the products?
Printing at home is the fastest and most affordable option. You can print from home or take the files to your local print shop for a better quality print. You could also use online printing services such as Snapfish, Vista Print, Staples, and Shutterfly.
What paper do you recommend to use for printing?
For the wall art we recommend high quality matte paper. If you prefer, you could also print on gloss stock paper.
For the cards we recommend regular paper but the cards look great when printed on a heavier stock card paper and you can also laminate them allowing for extra durability over time.
I'm having trouble downloading the files. What should I do?
Please message us ASAP if you are having any issues. We can email the files directly to you. Message us including your email and we can personally email the files to you.
